Hugh---Yes, it's the exhaust valve that came "double collared", tho I
don't know why Triumph chose to do the intake and exhaust differently.

On the cam timing, I have found it easier to get it just right, by using
#6 valves when "on the rock", as they like to name it. Using this method
assures then that #1 valves are closed identically, as this piston
fires. Both push rods at #6 station  will be at the exact same height
when on-the-rock. Using #1 to time can get tricky, unless you are
setting up to have #6 firing.
