This is why I run urethane in the rear. It's a_lot_ easier to install!

Then answer to your question is - as long as the steel sleeve "clears" the
trailing arm on either side, you should be okay. But if the sleeve is
recessed in the bore then the bracket will contact the trailing arm which
is "not recommended".

Push that baby through some more!
