Andy-The key word here is "driving". I'm also up north & have driven my 
car every winter ( except in snow if I can avoid it ) & I have 
definitely found I like driving my car more than working on it. Owning a 
Triumph doesn't always afford you the luxury of not working on it but it 
comes with the territory. As a good friend on the list keeps telling me 
"Just drive the car".
