HI, Chris---Books have been written about what you are contemplating, so
It would be best to direct your individual questions to the list as they
arise. Loading you down with all of our personal preferences at this
time might be quite a handful for you! 
 
Meanwhile...
I never liked using lubrication to preserve an engine apart and out of
service, as this tends to collect air borne grit. Put parts in a large
baggies to keep them clean till you're ready to assemble them.

Tell us how much more than the stock 105hp you want to end up with and
an approximate budget, for a guide. (Something between a free-flow air
filter and a dual, ceramic, variable scroll turbo setup!)
