The flywheel and ring gear only the long crank TR 6/250 is 22lbs the other
is 28 lbs. My turned down an ballanced long crank flywheel is now 16lbs
with the ring gear. If anyone wonders what the back side of the flywheel
looks like compaired to the original look at the Tr owners link.
The only bad thing about the lighter flywheel is that the motor sees 4,500
rpms more than before, it revs so freely it's hard for me not to rev it up
as the motor sounds so good while reving.....oh that's not a bad thing.
Since I'm not disciplined enough to drive it at the lower rpms.
Again no drivabilty issues with the lighter weight. It feels faster anyway.
While the lighter flywheel doesn't increase horse power it makes more
availible to more the car wheels and not the flywheel.
