     Turns out your right.  I felt a slight dampness around the choke on 
the rear carb.  I opened it up, and cleaned the needle valve 
thoroughly.  I also through some mystery oil in the gas tank.  Who 
knows, maybe it will help.  Changed the oil and filter, and am good to 
go(until the next time:)  Thanks to everyone who made suggestions.  It's 
always less daunting when you feel like you've you got help. John
