I think we are just digging a deeper hole here with no good outcome so perhaps
we can say thanks to TRF for their innovation in the original product and the
pricing, for their very fast personal follow up, their offer to replace any
damaged drums and for their promise to look into where this scratch is being
introduced.
I can understand the initial disappointment of the folks that discovered their
drums were scratched, I would be pissed off too and I might have used harsher
words than idiot.
I think we are done, the system has worked. I'll be ordering a set as soon as
cash flow allows it.
