Al,

I had never done a suspension rebuild before but after reading the Bentley
manual, looked to be something that would be a good winter project for my
TR250. I replaced all parts listed below with new bushings, springs and shocks
about two years ago. It took a few weekends but it turned out great and was a
rewarding experience. Along with new solid steering rack brackets, the front
end is as tight as drum. Just make sure that you keep the suspension parts of
the right and left seperate and take pictures as you go along for reference
for reassembly. Save your money on labor. You can do it and it is a very
satisfying experience. If you run into problems, the list is a great
resource/sounding board to help you out.
