Most of your time is going to be spent removing and replacing the  interior.  
The tranny swap is pretty straightforward, but have an extra set  of hands.  
Taking out and putting in is much easier and with the extra  hands you can 
align better and make sure you do not over stress the spline going  in.  If 
your 
interior is out you should be able to do this in 2-3 hours if  you have air 
tools and someone with a wrench on the back side where  needed.  If your 
interior is still entirely in place I would allocate a  day, and don't make 
plans for 
dinner out that evening.
Use new nylocs for the prop shaft connection.
