I put in a new reliable electric fuel pump about 18
months ago. The @#$%! thing left me stuck in the
middle of nowhere because the contacts were
carbonized.
I didn't find out where the problem was until towed to
the place where they are restoring my Tiger. From now
on, I carry a test light in addition to my tool box.
Is there some solid state device I can mod the pump
with to eliminate the contacts?
