There seems to be some confusion here. The oil filler neck has nothing to
do with the PCV. The oil filler neck of the later Alpines with the outlet
port goes to breathers on the two air cleaners.
The PCV that mounts to the intake manifold is connected to a tube on the
side plate. Earlier Alpines without the PCV had a side plate on which the
tube pointed down to the ground, rather than up to the PCV.
