For what it's worth, here are the ratios of the gearbox for the Hillman
Hunter, Humber, Sceptre, Sunbeam Rapier, H120, Alpine, Alpine GT and Arrow,
from 1968-1972, according to the Kenneth Ball AutoPress LTD manual I have:
4th 1:1
3rd 1.392:1
2nd 2.141:1
1st 3.353:1
But, shows for Rapier the following (presumably this includes the H120,
don't know if it includes the Alpine):
4th 1:1
3rd 1.296:1
2nd 1.993:1
1st 3.323:1
The rear end is shown as 3.70:1 for all, except the Rapier, which is shown
with the 4.22:1, but with overdrive: 3.89:1
