Clutch Problem

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just completed the installation of my new overdrive transmission. I bled the
clutch master. The pedal moves the full stroke but the clutch will not engage.
What is wrong? Is the clutch plate in backwards? Maybe the release bearing
backwards or release bearing forks turned around? If I have to pull the
transmission back out, I'll never make in time for the Invasion on Friday.

Any Ideas?
