My '94 MR2T had the optional LSD.  My '91 didn't (it was only an option on
the '93+ Turbos).  I also drove Richard West's '93 MR2T which didn't have
the LSD.  The LSD didn't seem to make any difference as far as I could tell.
It is a viscous LSD which doesn't seem to do a whole lot anyway.  Richard
West used to get some of the fastest ProSolo practice start times in his
non-LSD car.  I've never seen rear wheelspin as being a problem on the '93+
MR2 Turbos.  The problem is usually getting the front end to bite.  A soft
front, stiff rear shock combo really helped my '94 Turbo a lot.
