How 'bout a cheap 5mm Allen wrench (or an expensive one for that matter)
cut off at the bend and welded to a piece of steel rod with a "T" bend
at the other end?  Or just get a 1/4" drive Allen bit, a 12" extension
and a ratchet.

Of course, an 8" T-handle Allen wrench shouldn't be impossible to find,
either.  But you may have to buy a whole set.
