This past weekend I was changing the rear struts on my '92 MR2 and
because of some excess
rust (Northern NY car) one of the rear sway bar end links was pretty
boogered up and can't be
reused. I went to my local Toyota dealer and ordered a new one. When I
got to the parts
department I noticed the end link looks like one from a '93-'95 MR2. I
had the parts guy
double check and it is indeed the part listed for my car. My guess is
that thru time the newer
end link superseded the old one. Is this legal for stock class? Or do
I have to go hunting thru
junkyards to find a matching end link?
