A Stock will be a dogfight next year. The Boxter's hp/weight
ratio compares favorably with the 944S2 and 968 and should
be competitive. Whether it can hang with the S2000 may
depend on the course.

The Boxter S also compares pretty evenly with the RX-7 TT
in SS. The Boxter S is 2850 lbs and 250 hp, and the RX-7
is about 2800 lbs and 255 hp. I imagine the S will have
more torque than the RX7. Is anyone trying to get their hands
on an S?

It should be an interesting year in SS and AS.
