Well that idea doesn't really work.  The reason is getting cable systems to add 
new channels is like pulling teeth, they simply have
limited bandwidth. I'm sure this is why Fox is after Speedvision, it's already 
on enough cable systems to reach 41 million.  As for
"Speedvision 2", I have been after my local cable provider (COX cable) to get 
MTV2 for like 6 or 7 years with no results.  The
simply won't do it.  I know some of you out there would say "go buy a dish..." 
but I am too attached to my Cable Modem to do that.
