I've heard that some folks have had trouble downloading the entry
form. It appears that most, if not all, of the people having trouble
are running older versions of Adobe Acrobat Reader, and that an upgrade
to the latest version (5.0) seems to take care of it.
You can upgrade by following the link on the NEDIV Solo II page at
http://www.nedivsolo2.org/
Alternately, you can follow the link on the main page to get a copy
mailed directly to you.
