Tow Dolly Advice

LTB a tow dolly.  Any advice would be appreciated on favorite brands, 
features(e.g. swiveling axle vs swiveling platform), price ranges, what to 
watch out for on used ones, etc.

Also, if anyone in Cendiv is trying to sell a good used one, let me know.
