Here's the key (damning?) statement:
"We don't think it can be just NASCAR 24 hours a day out of the gate,"
Brooks says. "It will have some other racing elements. That's probably the
right mix to get us started."
So once they get out of the gate, then you'll get wall to wall of the best
scripted motorsports that money can buy. And we can rely on their safety
investigations and core medical crew, too!
No sour grapes here. :^)
The aviation stuff went off a while ago, and yes, it IS chock full of
infomercials. But every cable network is doing it now, including A&E who
said they never would.
I'll be posting something clever and pithy in the coming days about the
future, just give me time.
