I second the motion!

If everybody has to run a muffler the playing field is level. Hell, even the 
NHRA requires mufflers and the tuners are actually making MORE POWER!!!

PS: I loved the sound the un-muffled 427 sounded in my old 1969 B/P Vette but 
times have changed.
