quarters, rear 20' race car storage. Living quarters

propane stove, microwave, fridge, freezer, 100gallons of
fresh water, 40
gallons of black water, two gray water tanks. Sleeps 4 very
comfortably. Side dinette, rear bathroom floorplan includes
separate
shower. Tons of storage for hanging clothes and shelves.
Roof air with
ducted air to all parts of living quarters. Hardwood
cabinets, pleated
window coverings, quality construction throughout. Honda RV
Generator
mounted at front of garage area, 2 cylinder, 4 stroke, 28
gallon fuel
tank, push button start from living quarters. 10 Disk CD

Truck: 2001 Ford F-350 Dually Crewcab Lariat Diesel,
automatic, 2WD. Full leather, power seat, windows, locks, 6
disk in-dash CD, cruise, tilt,
a/c, sliding rear window, running boards, 4.10 axle, spec'd
to pull the
big trailer. Gently used, 43K miles. Never chipped, runs
strong enough
as is.
The whole rig is white exterior, with tan interiors. This
is the GEEZ
trailer as seen at several events from coast to coast in
2001 and 2002.
Trailer, about $38-40K to duplicate, will sell for $25,000.
Truck,
Kelley Blue Book value (Private party to private party) is
$27,000.
(KBB shows the Dealer to Private Party price at $32,560).
Will sell for
$27,000, but only after trailer sells. Replacement value
for the full
rig with new units would be $75-80K. Will sell the pair for
$50,000.
