Friend of mine has a 90 Honda Civic Si. Dealership says there is a rev
limiter. He recently had it at 8,200 rpm at an event before he noticed. 3
questions really.
Anyone know if this car was supposed to have a rev limiter? If it did what
was the limit?
The other question is this. Can you put in a shift light and be stock
legal. I have been told gauges are legal. I am guessing you cannot get a
shift light that would work off the stock tach, so would a small tach and a
shift light be legal?
