Sorry to spam the list, but I just recently decided to sell my '02 2500 
Cummins (I'm switching to a different tow vehicle strategy with my rally 
car - it doesn't need an enclosed trailer like my EP car did, and a box van 
will make a better service vehicle than the truck+enclosed trailer).

I'm in Colorado.  The truck regularly gets 20-21mpg (although my commute is 
largely highway-oriented), and ranges from 12-14 towing (effortlessly, I 
might add) a 20' enclosed trailer.  And yes, it does rule.  Kind of loud 
for drive-through lanes, though.
