Our club just ordered some from http://www.johnmwarren.com/

My equipment guy had to call them on the phone, but was able to get factory
seconds pretty darned cheap.  They're not "pretty", they have runs and drips
and stuff.  Nothing you'll notice after they've been run over a few times.
Nice soft, pliable cones, too.

Don't remember the exact price, but it was cheap.  Was going to buy from
GMD, but was unable to reach him.
