I needed to get the text for autocross waivers for a friend of mine, but I
can't get my club's because our trailer is in cold storage.
Does anyone have the text of a typical waiver form?
If so, feel free to paste it into an email message and send it to me.
If you want to send me an attachment, send me an email about it first. In
these virus-laden times, I have seen close friends' e-mail addresses
spoofed, so I dump all unexpected attachments.
