My complaint about Edge Racing is the high price they charge for
shipping; whether it's because they're hiding part of their price in
the shipping cost (unlikely since they have a free local (FL) pickup
option) or it's just that they don't have as good a deal with
FedEx/UPS, I don't know.
For example, 4 245/45-17 Falken RT-615s:
- From Edge: $117 each + $78.48 shipping = $546.48
- From DTD: $124 each + $0 shipping = $496.00
- From VulcanTire: $117 each + $48 shipping = $516.00
I've bought multiple times from TireRack, DTD and Vulcan and never had
any delivery problems. It really boggles the mind how a package can
get lost all the way to FL?
