No it's not. But you're right about there not being much
traffic. I subscribe to about 7 lists hosted by
autox.team.net
and all of them have been very light since about last Sun.
I know I haven't been saying much as we were getting ready
for Isabell, and then we were without power for about 30
hrs.
Many areas of town are still with out power and the outage
is
expected to last up to 5 days in some areas.
