You mentioned an awards banquet and dinner. Is this firm? Are they 
taking reservations? Do you know who to contact? Please let us know
what details you have.

How many people from points north and northeast are coming thru 
Portland on their way to Shasta. We need to start organizing a caravan
and a place to hook up. I know it's in July, but that's less than four
months, and times going to fly by. Let me know. I would be glad to
coordinate a meeting place.
