In as much as I like to know about these things, shouldn't you further
investigate with the claims adjusters BEFORE taking this "letter" to the
list group?    I don't see conclusive evidence that Stan did any wrong
doing.   I had a similar situation in which a laptop computer was apparently
dropped and they demanded their money bac, saying I sent them a junk
computer.   I refunded the money and got my computer back, only to discover
that it had been DROPPED by the stupid customer!  Cracked case, blown hard
drive and nothing I could do.    So, Mr Higgins...  in defense of Stan
Chernoff, how the hell do we know for certain that you in your clumsy haste
to look over your new carbs, didn't drop the inner box yourself and cause
all that damage?     Get a professional to look at the boxes and make the
determination, ok?
