13207-66700/13207-66710 is number 45/46 in the diagram. This is the valve stem
oil seal.

13209-20100/13209-25500 is number 49 in the diagram. This is the valve spring
retainer. The valve springs actually sit up against this part.

Number 50 in the diagram is the valve collet (2 per valve). These are the pieces
that fit into the grooves in the end of the valve stem and keep the valve spring
retainer in place.

Number 47 in the diagram is the rocker guide (also called a lash pad). This sits
on the top of the valve stem and keeps the rocker arm centered on the valve
assembly. There is a recess in the valve spring retainer that keeps the lash pad
in place.
