On my 68 1600 with a 2L transplant a part was missing for the eletrical
system, its mounting location is in close proximity of the clutch master cyl.
it has a white connector with 6 pins in it. The car starts without it, (I was
told the car will not start without it) The PO let another roadster owner
'borrow it' and does not remember if it was returned or not, and did not have
it. I do have a spare, but if there was a plug for it, that was cut off, just
wires hanging. A wiring diagrahm did not help, if the part is in there I did
not find it. I don't think it is the regulator, that is anothe issue, it is
there, but agin wires hanging. Can someone tell me what the mystery part is,
and where I can get wiring info on it.
