I have recently found a business that sells carb rebuild kits for the
44PHH's. However, this dealer said that his kits will only work for the
European Solex's and NOT the Japanese Mikuni 44PHH's. I was unaware there
was a difference in the carbs. I know there is "early" style and "later"
style, but between Solex's and Mikuni's I thought they were the same. Can
anyone educate me?
