I previously had a top post battery in my car but it was a very high one.
However, it came with a green knobbed safety turn-off switch so when you left
the vehicle, you could twist the knob and the ground would be disconnected.
My question is as follows:
Is this necessary? Do you feel safe leaving your battery connected? The
reason I ask is cause I was able to get a nice side mounted post battery.

PS.. Had good luck today.....timing of the vehicle is complete and I found a
new in box Synchrometer for the Carbs.... That's next
