Mine still keeps excellent time too. Not bad for a 37 YO clock. Even works
in the winter too which is more than I can say for any 240, 260 or 75-76 280
(77-78s were quartz ) clock.
When my 240 was 1 YO it would stop working in the winter until it got warm
outside again.
