Roadster sighting

What: Cherry red (looked non-stock color) Roadster, top down, w/rollbar 
- it was dark and that's all I could tell w/a quick look
When: 6 pm, PST
Where: San Jose, CA; pulling out of the parking lot of the 
Weinerschnitzel on Meridian Avenue just off of 280
