Air cleaner element dimensions

Does anyone have the dimensions for the air cleaner elements for a stock Solex 
unit and a stock 1600 unit?  There is a clearance place here that has piles 
o'stuff, and some units that look close, but I need to make sure.  Part numbers 
are missing on some of these - they are all aftermarket.  I need the length, 
thickness, and height.
