If you don't hear that" magic thunk "as you describe it the nozzle may be off
center. Remember the widest portion of the tapered needle is a very close fit
to the hole in the nozzle when the piston is closed. The needle may be bent as
well thus intefering with the nozzle and not allowing full travel of the piston
to the resting closed position. Good luck, Dean
