You may have a bent plunger, a bent needle - which makes them run like crap - or most likely the nozzle needs to be centered. It's not hard to do but it is a bit of a trial and error thing. http://www.jetlink.net/~okayfine/sutech.html Try this link and look under troubleshooting for nozzle centering.
