I put my single 38DCOE on my J15 engine today and fired it up. I
purchased new jets, sized based on website recommendations. Idles ok
but has the infamous bog when I hit the accelerator. A look online
shows that the culprit is often the accelerator pump, which needs to
allow more fuel when the air velocity drops when I hit the gas pedal,
but that doesn't appear to be an easily adjustable thing like the jets
are.
Anyone on the list a DCOE expert? What do I need to do to get it to not
bog when I hit the throttle? And just as importantly, who sells DCOE
linkage parts so I can actually attach the carb to my gas pedal? :-)
