2000 SU carb needle question

Hello guys, I have a U20 SU needle question...I removed some carb needles from
some extra U20 carbs and I have a set of N-17 and a set of N-25 needles.The
N-25's seem to have a smaller diameter compared to the N-17 needles. I am not
sure what correct application the needles are for. I believe the N-17 were off
of a 69 pollution setup. Could the N-25 be pre-pollution needles or 70 U20
