The owner was very nasty to me and told me he'd 'lose' my parts if I pissed 
him off and he told me I'd get the parts when he's good and ready to work on 
them.

He promised them to me on several occassions by a certain date and that date 
kept on moving to a later and later date.

Not a very pleasant experience.
