I have a 1966 1600 since 1966.? It always ran hot until I replaced the two core
radiator with a three core (layer?)?radiator 20 years ago.? Since then it's
been fine.? I recall it was not very expensive to do this.

I have been told by numerous people that the 2000's will run hot but don't
know about the 1600's. There are lots of them so someone on this list
