[Roadsters] Front Bumper

Someone up north of here ( Los Angeles ) had a neat split front bumper 
arrangement which I would like to emulate.
I think all I need is a somewhat trashed front bumper (with good ends) that 
I can have cut and welded, ( possibly a trashed rear would work too if the 
dimensions are right)

Anyone ??
