I am looking for some answers to water leaks in firewall area. Solutions?

Hi Larry,
You need to be a little more specific as to where the leak is, into the
cabin or what.
However the 510 has a cowl drain from the plenum beneath the windshield that
is a notorious trouble spot.
It is an area where the firewall and trans. Tunnel almost co-incide but they
"should" have a gap between them to drain the water onto the trans. Bell
housing.
The "drain" is easily closed over if bumped with an engine during
instal/removal and is also easily clogged with debris.
Check it out with a length of coathanger.
Even if it is cleared the metal may have already rotted out creating a cabin
leak.
