I bought a clutch MC at autozone.  I can't remember what vehicle it was
originally from but it had the right threads and bolt pattern.  For some
reason I was thinking it was from a Pinto but they used cables.  Maybe it
was from a Mustang II.  You may be able to sort through the boxes at the
local parts store.
