I'm not sure from the question whether the only interest is in a used
badge bar or actual membership, but:
The British Racing Driver's Club has a web page,

"silverstone-circuit" in the address reflects the fact that the BRDC
owns the Silverstone race course).
Although the BRDC apparently organizes several championships, sponsors
various events and conducts driver's schools, I don't find an email or
land address or a phone number on the web page. From other sources, it
appears that you can contact the BRDC subsidiary "Silverstone Driving
