John Harkness steered me to a LUCAS part that allows you to split the TR3
brakes with little or no butchering. It is:
LUCAS Split Cylinder off an AUSTIN Taxi
Cab used to split brake system on TRIUMPH TR3
LUCAS PART #64066044
REBUILD KIT #SP2683
I doubt if you will find it on the shelf over here, but it is common in
England. Find a LUCAS dealer to order it for you, and get a rebuild part to
put on the shelf.
