There are a lot of spring manufacturers in the US, some of them can take
even one-off orders. Four years ago I had three sets made in 50#
increments for the cost of one from Moss at Benz Spring here in Portland.
Unfortunately they stopped doing custom orders. But I bet other companies
do.

Last year I ordered comp springs from Triumphtune for the TR4A project. 2
other FOTer's ordered with me (a TR6 and TR250) and I don't know if any of
us have the cars on the road with these springs. I also ordered a pair for
the front of my TR4, and installed them this summer. I have no idea what
was
on the car from the PO, but I was rubbing tires, so I also added a spacer.
Net result was a loss of negative camber, which I'm fixing now by
relocating
the ball joint fixing points (later style upper arms with lower fixed
a-arms. My hope is that the Triumphtune springs are a more prdictable
quality.
